Cast iron tools include table saw, band saw, drill press, etc. Also walls have hand planes, hand saws, etc .... Will I need to move all that stuff to avoid rusting caused by fumes?

Yes, all SealGreen Concrete Cleaners are safe when you rinse the cleaner of the surface that you are cleaning.We do not use or recommend any of the cleaners to clean plants or animals. Our SealGreen Mold and mildew Remover, SealGreen Color Stain Primer Remover, and SealGreen Paver Cleaner are safe but should never be applied to glass or metal surfaces. I'm sure these circular stains are from dirt, fertilizer and such. Pressure washing and CLR did not remove them. See more »

Most stains, usually white stains, are a result of using plant fertilizer. In some cases, our SealGreen Efflorescence cleaner will remove the stains if the stains are efflorescence based. If not, the only way we have found a way to remove them is by color staining the concrete to cover the stains. Unfortunately, we do not have a safe way to remove tire marks of concrete. Safe (meaning) without damaging the surface of the concrete. Some people attempt cleaning with a very high-pressure washer and end up damaging the surface.

Based on reviews it does not need any additional protection.Like all coating applied to existing concrete the preparation is very important because the coating must strongly stick to the concrete so it will not fail with winter, hot sun, rain, humidity under the slab and peeling due hot-tire pressure.
