Kennel Poly StepGuard Sealer is a water-based sealer with Antiskid that dries clear. Poly StepGuard is a 1-part solution with no VOCs that requires no mixing. Poly StepGuard with Antiskid bonds effectively with various flooring surfaces, and won't etch or damage your floor's natural appearance.

Kennel Poly StepGuard acts a waterproof sealer. It protects surfaces and grout lines from stains and discoloration caused by liquids, cleaning products and other contaminates. It has built-in UV protection that shields surfaces from fading, as well as mildewcides to prevent the growth of mold and mildew.

Kennel Poly StepGuard with Antiskid prevents slip and fall accidents in areas that are likely to become extremely wet or slippery. It offers a relatively smooth texture, and provides slip resistance with the use of very small aggregate particles and nanotechnology materials; similar in texture to 400-grit sandpaper. Kennel Poly StepGuard will not destroy your mops or cleaning tools with over aggressive antiskid particles.

Kennel Poly StepGuard is designed for indoor surfaces that need anti slip protection, but must maintain a close appearance to the original surface. It is a favorable solution for polished stone surfaces such as marble and granite found in homes and lobbies; as well as wood- or vinyl-laminate flooring in homes and office environments. This eco-friendly product contains extremely low VOC's, and has no fumes or odors. It can be applied easily with a paint brush, paint roller or low pressure airless spray.

Kennel Poly StepGuard may be used in homes and commercial applications, to increase safety and to prevent slip and fall injuries. Its durability outlasts competitors, and reduces the need for expensive floor care and maintenance. This eco-friendly product contains extremely low VOC's, and has no fumes or odors. It can be applied easily with a paint brush, paint roller or low pressure airless spray.

Application Directions:

Kennel Poly StepGuard may be applied by brush, roller (short nap) or low pressure airless spray. A gallon of Poly StepGuard can provide protection over approximately 350 to 400 square feet depending on the nature of the surface. Stir or shake the Poly StepGuard container vigorously to mix well prior to use. The targeted surface should be free of dirt, debris and oil or grease, prior to application. Highly recommended to clean floor with SealGreen Oil Cleaner Degreaser. The coating goes on easily and dries to a clear glossy finish.

One coat is usually sufficient. However if a second is coat is desired, allow the first coat to dry thoroughly for an hour or more depending on ambient temperature. Allow 24 hours or more for full cure before subjecting the surface to heavy traffic. Do not apply at temperatures below 5°F or above 90°F. Avoid heavy buildup, puddling and overlapping. See Product Specifications sheet. High Humidity will impact curing time. Do not apply on very humid environments. Poly StepGuard applies the same as the SealGreen E10 epoxy sealer, and SealGreen E15 Stamped Concrete Sealer, and SealGreen W10 Finish Coat. Clean Up

Appropriately mask off areas that need to be kept free of Poly StepGuard. Wipe off overruns, spills and splatters immediately with water. Thoroughly clean hands and tools after use with soap and warm water. Observe all personal precautions as you would with any other paint or coating product.
