Mold and Mildew Cleaner is a dual purpose product designed to clean the concrete surface and prepare the concrete for a sealer application Initially, Mold and Mildew Cleaner acts as a detergent to clean the concrete surface removes mold and other organic stains. Secondly, Mold and Mildew cleaner toughens the surface of the concrete by interacting with weak spots created by un-reacted calcium hydroxide.
Available in:
- 1-Pint Container covers 500 Square feet
- 1-Quart Container will cover 1,000 Square Feet
- Case with (3) 1-Quart Containers covers 3,000 Square Feet
- 50 Lbs. will cover 25,000 Square Feet.
Application: Mix the entire contents of the container with clean water and stir gently for 5 minutes. Product may foam. Apply the mixed product with a garden pump sprayer equipped with a fan tip. Soak stain areas. Allow the product to penetrate for at least 5-10 minutes. Difficult cleaning tasks may require several applications. Agitation and contact time improve performance. Rinse with pressure washer.

Getting Rid of That Mold
I have a set of cement back steps that have been ignored for over a decade. I cannot begin to describe the mold. Can I say that all the mold was removed? No, it is not the products fault - just too many years to over come. That said, I am very impressed with this product. You will need a good brush to scrub this in and should leave it for a couple of hours before hosing it down. My brown steps are now off-grey. Very happy with this product.

Not impressed, not cheap. Will not touch stains. Used bleach instead and worked perfect. Needless to say, I wasted money. 1

Amazing Clean Concrete
2:12pm Jul 8 Hey Connie, Patt High here. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW, amazing clean concrete with the mold/mildew cleaner. A few places need a second lick. Drying now. Got some pics/vid to share. New phone, so IDK nada...but will send em along when I figure it out.
