Return and Cancelled Orders Policy

PHONE OR ON-LINE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 25% restocking charge for all cancelled orders prior to shipping. The 25% restocking charge covers the cost of processing the credit cards, processing the order and fulfillment of the order prior to shipping. All orders shipped (orders that have left our premises) are considered final and not returnable and refundable orders.
NO RETURN POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Our products are chemicals, and therefore, have a limited shelf life and are susceptible to extreme weather temperatures. To ensure that every product we sell, install, and ship is in its best and freshest condition, we have a None Return Policy. We cannot resell a returned product with a clear conscious that the product is still at its best after it leaves our office and is returned. We have strict a No Return Policy and No Warranties for national and international sales.
All sales are considered final. Our products are composed of chemicals that are susceptible to temperature variations. The products should not get too hot or too cold. We guarantee that all products sold are fresh and have not been stored for more than 6 months. All products in our possession are stored in a climate controlled area. Once the product leaves the warehouse it is considered a final sale and there are no returns.
