SealGreen Efflorescence Remover is odorless and safe. Its active ingredient is a derivative of a natural protein component and is used in certain medications, in food and food flavoring agents, and as an antimicrobial agent. The active ingredient in SealGreen Efflorescence Remover also occurs naturally in the stomach during digestion.
SealGreen Efflorescence Remover is buffered, non-acid, organic salts, technologically advanced concentrated cleaner designed for the removal of efflorescence, mineral and salt deposits from virtually any type of hardscape surface with minimal or no brushing.
SealGreen Efflorescence Remover allows residue to be quickly and easily rinsed away with a high or low-pressure washer.
SealGreen Efflorescence Remover is a biodegradable and environmentally friendly phosphate free formula which replaces several types of harsh acid cleaners. Its alkaline nature will help neutralize acid-based detergents and cleaners.
SealGreen Efflorescence Remover does not remove unidentified white stains. The product was exclusively design for efflorescence removal.
APPLICATION
The best way is to apply SealGreen Efflorescence Remover with a garden pump sprayer. Allow it to remain for 5 minutes and then rinse with a pressure washer.
In general, cleaning efflorescence from a surface is an ongoing solution rather than a cure. Sealing a surface might be a solution, but if water still finds its way into the surface, you could end up with spalling, which is a destructive process that should be avoided.
Efflorescence occurs as the surface heats up from exposure to the sun and the water inside the concrete or brick will evaporate and move the salts to the surface
SealGreen Efflorescence remover immediately upon contact with efflorescence it will create effervescence. If no effervescence appears it is not efflorescence what you are trying to remove with our product. It may be polymeric sand glue hazing your paver. Note: This product is ideal for temperatures from 45° to 90°F for removing calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate.

SealGreen Efflorescence Remover is compatible with all SealGreen Sealers with proper dilution, dwell time and application. Misuse may cause damage to the sealer. A test area is always recommended to determine product suitability and compatibility with your specific surface before use and if desired results are achievable.

Works Great!
Had a new patio installed fall last year, this spring noticed small amounts of Efflorescence coming from the joints.. I used the Seal Green Efflorescence remover as directed and it Worked Great! as advertised.. Love it recommended this product.

Works great!
I have one area on the pavered pool deck that gets efflorescence. This took care of it perfectly. It did come back a year later, and I used a stronger mix (1:1) this time, and it came right off again. Going to seal them with the Seal Green Brick and Stone sealer in a couple days to see if that helps prevent the return. This product worked great, and I even tried all the cheap options like vinegar (which didn't work) before I gave in and bought this.

Worked like a charm with no real scrubbing needed. Barely an odor detected. The surprise was that it also cleaned hard water stains I have been battling with for 26 years!!! Made the shower tub look brand new again. Thank you for a great product at a great price.

Worked Beautifully
We had some white staining on our concrete paver patio from concrete patio planters. We tried everything and weren't successful in removing the stains until we learned it was effloresence. This remover did an amazing not only in getting rid of the white stains, but did a great job cleaning the patio as well. It looks brand new, we were so happy with the results.

Best I've ever used. No doubt I have tried every homemade and other remedy on the market. This works quickly and you can see it work. And unlike murratic acid it is completely safe and doesn't require any extraordinary measures. The best, period.

Great Product
This stuff works! We had a brown sealer/overlay applied to our gray concrete patio...looked great at first, but within a few weeks nasty amounts of white efflorescence appeared on top. The contractor that put it on was no help. Luckily I found this and it did the trick. For it to work effectively, I had to use a 50/50 dilution on the first pass (stronger than what the instructions suggested). After rinsing, I let it completely dry, and then did a second pass at full concentrated strength to “spot clean” any remaining white areas. As the instructions suggest, I used a garden chemical sprayer to apply it, and just a standard garden hose to rinse. Results were amazing.

Effectiveness
Contractor had a request to remove efflorescence from concrete. This product worked very well on a test area and want us to remove the efflorescence from the entire project.
