Our products are chemicals and have a limited shelf life; and because they are water-based and susceptible to extreme weather temperatures we have to insure that every product that we sell, install and ship is in its best condition. We cannot accept returns after a certain time because we cannot resell them as new products with an expired shelf life.

• Unopened items in re-sellable condition can be returned within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
• After 30 days and up to 90 days, unopened items in re-sellable condition can be returned for In-Store-Credit only.
• No refunds after 90 days.
• The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• The returning party will pay for all return shipping expenses.
• Items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
• Special or Custom Order Products are NOT refundable.
• Please call 800-997-3873 to obtain an RMA number which must be included with your shipment.
