Our products are chemicals and have a limited shelf life; and because they are water-based and susceptible to extreme weather temperatures we have to insure that every product that we sell, install and ship is in its best condition. We cannot accept returns after a certain time because we cannot resell them as new products with an expired shelf life.
Product Return Policy:

Unopened items in re-sellable condition can be returned within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.

After 30 days and up to 90 days, unopened items in re-sellable condition can be returned for In-Store-Credit only.

No refunds after 90 days.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The returning party will pay for all return shipping expenses.

Items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Special or Custom Order Products are NOT refundable.
