		Consultative Services on Sealing, staining, Cleaning and Repairing Concrete, Basement Humidity Mitigation, Humidity Testing, and Water Management.
		We Seal any type of concrete inside and outside, residential or commercial, vertical or horizontal, color stamped concrete surfaces, decorative, exposed concrete aggregates, precast concrete, and ornamental concrete. We also seal red clay brick, cinder block, split face block, pavers, retaining stones, and natural stones.
		We clean oil stains, rust stains, mold stains, lime deposits, atmospheric carbon (smog), dirt, algae, and degrease concrete surfaces. We do not use acids or chemicals that will change or destroy the surface of the concrete.
		We can stain almost any concrete surface inside or outside like plain concrete, decorative concrete, we-can restore the color of stamped concrete, and some natural stones. We enhance many entryways, back patios, basement floors, driveways, walkways and many more.
		We offer annual maintenance services  (More Information) for all of your concrete surfaces. This program is applicable only to our customers that we have cleaned and sealed your outdoor concrete surfaces we offer the following:  Once a year, on or near the anniversary date of your initial application, we will come to your home and wash and reseal your sealed surfaces for an annual price.
		We repair cracks, clean and seal expansion joints, break joints on new and old residential or commercial driveways, entries, garages, basements, concrete structures, warehouse, sidewalks, foundations, slabs, workshops, food preparation areas, and many other concrete surfaces.
		We are experts at mitigating humidity in basement foundations walls and floors above and below grade, new and existing,. We also fix none structural cracks in basement walls and floors. Our solutions are practical and we offer a number of color stains and sealers for the floor.
		We test concrete for Temperatures, Relative Humidity, Moisture Content, pH Levels, and Hydrostatic Water Pressure all following the ASTM standards, ACRI, and ACI recommendations
