Brick and Stone Cleaner and Sealer Kit
SealGreen – Clay Brick and Stone Sealer is a 5 year one part component, VOC compliant, penetrating water repellent, which contains a proprietary modified siloxane. This water-based siloxane penetrates most masonry and concrete pores and capillaries up to ¼ inch or more depending on surface porosity and moisture content at the time of application.
SealGreen – Clay Brick and Stone Sealer reacts with the silica in concrete and masonry in the presence of ultraviolet light and atmospheric moisture. This reaction forms strong permanent bonds beneath the surface and creates a hydrophobic zone that prevents water molecules from penetrating, while allowing free migration of water vapors. The chemical bonds formed in this process allow SealGreen – Clay Brick and Stone Sealer to become an integral part of the substrate and provide long-term water repellent protection.
SealGreen Cleaner is a waterborne high performance blend of anionic and nonionic surface active agents that will remove oil, grease and dirt residue from any washable surface. It is biodegradable, non hazardous and VOC compliant. SealGreen Cleaner is formulated for quick, thorough lifting and suspension of contaminants for easy rinsing.
SealGreen Cleaner has undergone years of field trials and testing to meet government regulations for safe, non-toxic chemicals and is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. |
