Brick and Stone Sealer
 One Quart of concentrate makes 2.5 Gallons of ready to use sealer ($33.66 per gallon) and covers aproximately 500 square feet.
Clay Brick and Stone Sealer is a 5 year one component, VOC compliant, penetrating water repellent, which contains a proprietary modified siloxane. This water-based siloxane penetrates most masonry and concrete pores and capillaries up to ¼ inch or more depending on surface porosity and moisture content at the time of application.
SealGreen – Clay Brick and Stone Sealer reacts with the silica in concrete and masonry in the presence of ultraviolet light and atmospheric moisture. This reaction forms strong permanent bonds beneath the surface and creates a hydrophobic zone that prevents water molecules from penetrating, while allowing free migration of water vapors. The chemical bonds formed in this process allow SealGreen – Clay Brick and Stone Sealer to become an integral part of the substrate and provide long-term water repellent protection.
Recommended for Split face concrete blocks, exposed aggregate, concrete or stone foundation walls, clay bricks, cinder block, pavers, any type of concrete surface with large pores, bridges hairline cracks, prevents salts and deicers from penetrating. Allows the seal material to breath no moisture entrapment.

When starting with 1 Quart of concentrate...

Mix concentrate with 2 and 1/4 gallons of drinkable water. This makes 2 and 1/2 gallons, or half of a 5 gallon pail, of usuable product.

When starting with 2 Quarts of concentrate...

Mix concentrate with 4 and 1/2 gallons of drinkable water. This makes 5 gallons, or completley fills a five gallon pail, of usuable product.

3 Quarts:
When starting with 3 Quarts of concentrate...
|
Mix concentrate with 4 and 1/2 gallons of drinkable water. This makes 7 and 1/2 gallons, or completely fills a five gallon pail and a half of another five gallon pail, of usuable product.
